Bully Stoppers

Go Back to school with confidence! Pit North is offering a FREE bully prevention class on Labor Day, September 5th. Give your son or daughter the tools they need to be happy and confident in school.
The course will teach your kids the importance and value of confidence, as well as give them tools to use in bully situations. They will also receive a goodie bag and a coupon for 2 weeks free of martial art training.
We will have 2 separate course divided by age.
- Ages 4-7 , Sept. 5th, 10:00-11:00am
- ages 8-12, Sept. 5th, 11:00-12:00am

Starting on August 1st, Pit North will be hosting a Summer Camp. Kids will participate in a variety of activities that will Whether your child is just beginning his or her martial art training, has past experience, or no experience at all.
Your Child will learn the fundamentals of:
-Wrestling.
-Kickboxing.
-Weapons.
-Board breaking.
-Fun fitness activities.
The camp has a variety of fun activities for the kids that include:
-Our obstetrical course. -The sling machine. -the mega water slide. -themed days. -End of camp medals.

Ages: 4+
Cost: $25 per day or $100 for the week
Family discount: $5 for each additional family member
Things to bring to camp: water, lunch, towel and bathing suit, and gym wear.
Warrior Challenge

The Pit North will be hosting its first ever Pit Warrior challenge boot camp.
This is a high intensity camp designed to teach high- schoolers the fundamentals of MMA. Every day there will be a challenge where you earn points. The teen with the highest score wins 3 MONTHS TO THE PIT!
When: July 11th – July 15th. 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Where: The Pit North 3230 El Camino Real, Atascadero 93422
Cost: $75
Ages: 14-17 years old.
Grappling X Tournament
June 13, 2011 – 3:49 pm
Saturday, June 11th, Morro Bay, some of our Pit North students shined in the Grappling X tournament. The event featured the best grappling competitors along the Central Coast competing in both Gi and nogi divisions. All our student preformed very well. We are so proud!

Competing in this tournament represents the diversity of the martial arts that we teach at The Pit. We both teach and compete in many different styles including: jiujitsu, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, pankriation, and of course mma.
Free Summer Kids Party

To congratulate all our Pit students (and their friends) for finishing another year of school, this Saturday, June 11th, Pit North will be hosting a kids summer party! The kids will play alot of martial art games, obstacle courses, and play in our big water slide.
The best part of course, is that it is all free!
Please RSVP if you are planning to attend.

Last Saturday April 16th, some of the toughest kids on the central coast gathered together to compete in The Pit’s Kumite. Here is one of many exciting matches that happened at the tournament. Congratulations to all the competitors, you all made us very proud!!!
