The Level 3 class is famed for being the best and hardest workout you cannot find anywhere else. The class is mixed up well, so you will not do the same workout repetitiously. This class works at a high level of fitness while emphasizing practical fighting skills and techniques.
Each class is different and unique. Workouts focus on developing explosive power, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular improvements. This class is run with the same intensity, drills, and degree of difficulty any professional boxer, kickboxer, or No Holds Barred fighter trains (minus the sparring).
Once you join the Level 3 class, you are able to spar every Friday night. This lets you practice the techniques you have learned. So if you want to learn how to fight, compete, progress in the belt system, or just want to get in great shape, Pit North is the place to go.
