The Level 1 class is where we start all our adult students. The class focuses on basic kickboxing skills and techniques. You will find we focus much of our attention to fitness. The Level 1 class is for people who want to get into shape, and learn basic kickboxing. The classes are an hour in length, and are structured differently every time. The classes consist of a warm-up, basic skill drills, bag work, and pad work. Classes are very challenging and effective, yet always up-beat and fun. All classes are taught by “real” kickboxers, or martial artists, and not taught by aerobic instructors.
People who are looking to progress may start here and work themselves up to the Level 2 class.
Level 2 looks to build upon the basic foundations of the first level while increasing the intensity and difficulty. To begin in Level 2, student should demomstate basic striking and ground skills as well as conditioning to keep up in this class. Level 2 also gets more hands on with grappling and sparring drills.
